Salesforce Technical Project Manager

As a Salesforce Technical Project Manager with over 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and developing and executing activities related to end-to-end project management. This includes creating project plans, scoping, requirements gathering, implementation, and deployment. You will engage in calls with clients for workshops and brainstorming sessions to suggest solutions that lead to better implementation. Your role will also involve identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks, defects, and problems to provide necessary advice and assistance for issue resolution. In this position, you will be required to accurately analyze performance test results and present findings in both technical and business language. It is essential to proactively monitor, manage, and report on the execution of deliverables by applying different strategies to ensure efficient delivery. You will also introduce new Salesforce products, features, and solutions to clients, emphasizing their business value. Managing stakeholders" expectations without conflicts and collaborating with the team for implementation and development are crucial aspects of this role. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 10 years of overall work experience with at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce. Your deep and extensive knowledge should encompass the force.com technical platform, including apex, triggers, batch Apex, Visualforce, Flows, and automation tools. Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, object and field design, object relationship maintenance, and schema designing for complex projects is essential. Additionally, you should have experience with at least two additional Salesforce products such as Field Service, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Tableau/CRM Analytics, CPQ, or specialized cloud experiences like Health Cloud, Manufacturing, or Financial Services. Your responsibilities will involve translating business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage the Salesforce platforms and products effectively. Demonstrated expertise in integrations using APIs and middleware tools is required. Holding Salesforce Admin and Salesforce Developer Certifications I & II is mandatory. You should also be skilled in designing and managing the execution of test plans to ensure the delivery of a quality solution. Proficiency in project management tools like Monday and Jira, along with experience in project management techniques such as Agile, Sprint Planning, and Scrum, will be beneficial. Strong business acumen, data analytics skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills are essential for this role.,
