Salesforce QA Engineer

• We are looking for a skilled Salesforce QA Engineer with 5–7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will ensure the quality and reliability of our Salesforce solutions, working across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL). You will be responsible for both manual and automated testing, collaborating closely with developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases in an Agile environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce, especially Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
• Experience in test automation (preferably Katalon; Provar, Eggplant, or Selenium are a plus).
• Hands-on experience with regression testing.
• Proficiency with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira).
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

EDUCATION PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in Salesforce, Test Automation, or Agile methodologies are an advantage.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5–7 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance (QA) with a strong focus on Salesforce testing.
• Proven expertise in Sales, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing, regression testing, and test automation.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Katalon (preferred), or Provar, Eggplant, Selenium.
• Experience with bug tracking and project management tools like JIRA.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in requirements and design review meetings to provide input from a QA/testing perspective.
• Perform manual testing to validate business requirements and functionality.
• Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies through bug tracking systems.
• Automate regression test scenarios as needed to improve testing efficiency.
• Execute automation scripts and share test results with relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery quality.
• Document completed work, test cases, and results for future reference.
• Support the QA team in implementing best practices and maintaining testing standards.
