Salesforce QA Engineer

As a skilled Salesforce QA Engineer with 5-7 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce solutions, spanning across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL). Your responsibilities will involve both manual and automated testing, requiring close collaboration with developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases within an Agile environment. Your expertise in Salesforce platforms, particularly Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL), will be essential. Experience in test automation tools like Katalon (experience with Provar, Eggplant, or Selenium is a plus) and hands-on experience in regression testing will be beneficial. Proficiency in bug tracking systems, such as Jira, along with a solid understanding of SDLC and Agile practices will be necessary for success in this role. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, with additional certifications in Salesforce, Test Automation, or Agile methodologies being advantageous. Your 5-7 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance (QA) specifically focused on Salesforce testing, coupled with proven expertise in Sales, Service Cloud, and FSL, will be highly valued. Your ability to perform manual testing, regression testing, and test automation, along with familiarity with tools like Katalon, Provar, Eggplant, Selenium, Jira, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills, will be crucial in this position. In this role, you will participate in requirements and design review meetings, conduct manual testing to validate business requirements, identify and track defects, automate regression test scenarios, execute automation scripts, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure delivery quality. Documentation of work, test cases, and results will be necessary for future reference, along with support in implementing best practices and maintaining testing standards within the QA team.
