Job Description

Position Overview

We are hiring a

Salesforce QA

with

3 to 6 years

of experience to ensure the quality and reliability of our

Salesforce CRM

applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

Salesforce testing, automation, and functional testing

methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on Salesforce applications.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and issues using standard QA tools.
  • Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Implement and maintain automated testing for Salesforce applications.
  • Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, and security settings.
  • Participate in requirement analysis and provide QA insights.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices for software quality and testing methodologies.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and data model.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing tools, including Selenium, Provar, or other automation frameworks.
  • Experience in API testing using Postman or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce declarative automation testing.
  • Familiarity with Agile development processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Salesforce QA/testing.
  • Salesforce QA Certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in manual and automated testing of Salesforce applications.
  • Experience with test case management tools like JIRA, TestRail, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Communities.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools for test automation.
  • Exposure to performance testing and security testing.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive.
