  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects across Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing Cloud, and custom solutions
  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and success criteria
  • Create and track project plans, sprint plans, releases, risks, and dependencies
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Translate business requirements into actionable tasks and manage change requests
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Developers, Admins, Architects, QA, BA, UX) and remove blockers
  • Drive Agile/hybrid delivery models and monitor delivery metrics and KPIs
  • Ensure quality delivery, governance, documentation, go-live support, and post-production stabilization


Technical Specification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience, with 8+ years in Salesforce implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)
  • Proficiency in Agile and traditional PM methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.)
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and risks effectively
  • Relevant certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant, PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) (preferred)
  • KPIs include on-time delivery, CSAT, velocity, quality, and utilization
