Salesforce Project Manager

Role Overview: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for judicious planning, operational excellence, governance, and capability improvement. Your role will involve implementing the global business vision and strategy, requiring big-picture thinking, initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to handle internal and external relationships effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Drive programs of strategic importance from the Program Management Office (PMO). - Plan, estimate, budget, handle, and control costs to ensure project completion within the approved budget. - Conceptualize, analyze, and evaluate program needs, make recommendations with business justification, and lead approved programs. - Understand Agile-certified Scrum processes and coordinate Business & IT effectively. - Build project timelines, lead project aspects, and report progress within the project environment. - Identify all stakeholders impacted by the project, analyze customer expectations, and develop management strategies for engaging collaborators in project decisions and execution. - Oversee DevOps implementation, deployment, and integration of solutions for successful project delivery. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of total experience in the IT industry, with 3+ years in Salesforce Project Management. - Ability to collaborate with customer executives and demonstrate a strategic understanding of business needs. - Hands-on experience with CRM software products such as Salesforce CRM, Siebel, Clarify, Vantive, PeopleSoft, NetSuite. - Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA / MS Project. - Any project management-related certification (PMI-ACP / PMP / Prince 2 / PSM II, etc) would be an asset. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, data cleansing, and data manipulation. - Willingness to travel as needed. - Nice to have Salesforce Certification. - In-depth Salesforce knowledge is a must.,
