Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, proven project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management of Salesforce implementations, enhancements, integrations, and support projects.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, track progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure project milestones are met.
• Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders, Salesforce developers, admins, and third-party vendors.
• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and ensure business needs are clearly documented and translated into technical requirements.
• Oversee data migration, integration efforts, user training, and change management activities.
• Conduct regular status meetings and prepare project reports for senior management.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, compliance standards, and governance models.
• Promote adoption and continuously assess ways to improve Salesforce processes and performance.
• Manage post-implementation reviews and lessons learned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years managing Salesforce projects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, PMP, or Certified Scrum Master).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using middleware tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Zapier.
• Prior experience working in consulting, SaaS environments, or managing offshore teams.
