Salesforce Project Manager

**Job Description:** As a Project Manager at Manras Technologies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce projects for our clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing briefs and project requests from clients to understand their requirements thoroughly. - Assessing risks, opportunities, deliverables, and threats for each project to develop effective strategies. - Developing goals, tasks, and plans for the development of Salesforce projects. - Liaising with clients and management to communicate timelines, costs, and project objectives effectively. - Managing a team of developers and consultants to ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce projects. - Developing metrics for each project to track progress and determine paths to success. - Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and fostering strong relationships. - Conducting regular project meetings with your development team to ensure alignment and progress. - Ensuring that the work produced by your team adheres to Salesforce's best-design principles. - Guiding and mentoring your team to achieve project outcomes effectively. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in business management, project management, or a related field. - Certification in Salesforce administration or development. - Minimum of 5 years" experience in project management or professional services. - Excellent planning and strategic abilities. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. - Dynamic and adaptable mindset. - Deadline-oriented, organized, and meticulous in your work. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
