We are seeking a proactive and technically adept Product Owner who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with AMER-based business stakeholders (Director level and above) to gather in-depth requirements, translate them into clear and actionable user stories, and drive product development through geographically distributed engineering teams.
• Act as the voice of the customer by owning and refining a clear, compelling product backlog aligned with business goals.
• Partner with senior business stakeholders in the AMER region to understand strategic objectives and translate them into product requirements and prioritized user stories.
• Champion and adhere to the BT Product Operating Model, ensuring products are delivered with scalability, security, and operational readiness in mind.
• Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning. backlog grooming, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives with precision and consistency.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
• Stay informed on the latest Salesforce platform features- especially Al innovations-and bring that knowledge to bear in discussions with highly technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment (SAFe certified PO, Scrum Master).
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud; Al/Einstein exposure is a plus).
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
• Familiarity with agile tools such as Jira, Ahal, Confluence, or equivalent. (GUS is preferred)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior-level business partners.
• Experience working in a SaaS company, with an understanding of customer success operations and metrics.
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, or Architect-level certs are a strong plus).
• Experience in operational excellence and incident management processes.
• Knowledge of AI/ML capabilities within Salesforce platforms.
