Salesforce Product Owner

As a seasoned Salesforce Product Owner with extensive experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations, you will play a vital role in driving the strategic vision, development, and execution of Salesforce solutions for the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions from concept through to delivery. - Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, functional specifications, and user stories. - Prioritizing and managing the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of key features and enhancements. - Acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective translation of product requirements into functional solutions. - Providing ongoing product vision and direction aligned with organizational goals and customer needs. - Conducting regular user feedback sessions for continuous product improvement. - Managing and driving change requests in the Salesforce ecosystem to adapt to business needs. - Overseeing Salesforce integration with other systems for seamless user experiences. - Assisting with UAT and providing necessary support during deployment and post-deployment stages. - Conducting regular product reviews to ensure high-quality, scalable, and sustainable solutions. - Staying updated on the latest Salesforce releases and industry trends to enhance business processes and customer experiences. Qualifications Required: - 12-15 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 8 years specifically working with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations. - Proven experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role with hands-on experience in leading Salesforce implementations. - Deep functional and technical knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud platforms. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in leading product development in an Agile environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on driving product excellence. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,
