Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Data Cloud Specialist with 7–10 years of hands-on expertise across Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud (CDP), and cross-cloud integrations. The ideal candidate should have deep technical knowledge of email marketing automation, API troubleshooting, scripting (AMPscript/SSJS), Data Cloud implementations, and Salesforce platform integrations. This role requires a strong ability to design, optimize, and troubleshoot end-to-end marketing operations and enable Customer 360 use cases.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Work extensively with Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Content Builder.
- Customize and manage SFMC modules including Pardot and Personalization (nice to have).
- Develop and optimize AMPscript, SSJS, and dynamic HTML-based content.
- Manage campaign assets, personalization, segmentation, and omni-channel journeys.
Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP)
- Design, configure, and implement Data Cloud solutions, including:
- Data Streams, Data Models (DMOs), and ingestion frameworks.
- Identity Resolution, Harmonization, Matching & Deduplication rules.
- Segmentation, Activation, Unified Profiles, and Calculated Insights.
- Building Data Graphs and enabling Customer 360 use cases.
- Integrate Data Cloud with Marketing Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud, and Einstein AI.
Technical Development & Integrations
- Troubleshoot API issues, integration failures, and platform-level bugs.
- Develop Apex-based enhancements for Salesforce applications.
- Implement AI-based customizations within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Work with SDKs and manage content programmatically.
Platform Support & Cross-Cloud Collaboration
- Provide technical support to marketing, sales, and CRM teams.
- Assist with Agentforce and agent enablement workflows.
- Ensure seamless integration across Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agent Builder, and other Salesforce solutions.
- Participate in deployment activities, platform optimization, and best-practice governance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (mandatory) including:
- Data Streams, DMOs, Segmentation, Activation
- Identity Resolution & Harmonization
- Calculated Insights & Data Graphs
- API/MuleSoft-based integrations
- Advanced proficiency in AMPScript, SSJS, HTML, and API troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce ecosystem tools.
- Experience with Apex development and AI-driven Salesforce customizations.
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification (highly preferred)
- Experience with Pardot and advanced personalization features
- Exposure to AI-driven marketing workflows
