Key Role

Responsible for the end-to-end management, execution, and optimization of all Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) marketing campaigns across global business units and regions.

Responsibilities

Liaise with clients and internal teams to define campaign goals, audience segmentation, and personalization strategies.
Set up, configure, and deploy campaigns including triggered sends, action sends, lead nurturing flows, and mid-funnel nudges.
Build and optimize journeys using Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Automation Studio.
Oversee campaign scheduling, QA of assets, and timely delivery across global business units.
Manage list/data imports, audience segmentation, and dynamic content strategies.
Collaborate with data teams for campaign data loading and customer profile management.
Monitor campaign performance using Analytics Builder and Intelligence Reports.
Generate and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports (DSR, WSR, MBR, QRR).
Identify optimization opportunities and provide recommendations to improve engagement, deliverability, and ROI.
Troubleshoot delivery, integration, and content rendering issues across platforms.

Qualifications & Skills

4-5 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong knowledge of journey orchestration, automation, and personalization.
Proficiency with AMPscript, SQL, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
Experience in multi-regional/global campaign execution preferred.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
