Role Description This is a contract remote role for a Business Analyst with an experience of 2-3 years . The Business Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including analyzing business processes, defining business requirements, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. The role involves evaluating and improving organizational procedures to maximize efficiency and support informed decision-making. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills for data assessment and Business Analysis experience Proficiency in defining Business Processes and Business Requirements Excellent Communication, Interpretation & Presentation skills Technical proficiency in software platforms relevant to the business, often including CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), web development frameworks, and database management Project management and documentation skills, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and feasible Excellent communication abilities to interact with developers, managers, clients, and non-technical stakeholders Experience working primarily in healthcare and manufacturing verticals Ability to work independently and remotely Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and digital transformation initiatives is a plus Key Deliverables Detailed business requirements documents (BRD) Process flow diagrams and workflow models Functional specifications for technology systems Gap analysis and recommendations for digital transformation User stories and acceptance criteria for agile projects Email your CV to talent@innovunglobal.com
