What You'll Do Requirements & Process Translation Partner with product and engineering teams to convert production, QC, certification, and cylinder-handling processes into clear, actionable software requirements Map end-to-end operational flows from mixture preparation and analysis through certificate generation and traceability Industry Compliance & Standards Review and validate certificate templates, QC logic, and gas nomenclature specific to oil & gas and specialty gases sectors Ensure alignment with ISO 17025, ISO 9001, and other regulatory compliance standards Verify MSDS requirements and transportation/safety guideline compliance Platform Validation Confirm the software accurately reflects real plant workflows and operational best practices Validate dashboards, data rules, reports, and traceability systems Test QR mapping, batch rules, and cylinder lifecycle management features Quality Assurance & Testing Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by running real-world oil & gas and specialty gas scenarios Confirm system outputs align with operational expectations and regulatory requirements Support cross-functional teams in identifying process gaps and optimization opportunities Inventory Management Oversee inventory-related activities, including stock monitoring, consumption tracking, and accurate reduction reporting at Mg/Kg-level detail. What You Bring Education & Credentials Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline Preferred specialization: Analytical Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or Gas Chemistry Professional Experience 2–5 years of hands-on experience in: Oil & gas operations or specialty gas production Quality control and testing Calibration, certification, or traceability processes Exposure to ISO 17025 or ISO 9001 certifications (a plus) Technical Knowledge Deep understanding of: Calibration mixtures and certification processes Gas nomenclature and industry-specific terminology Traceability systems and cylinder lifecycle management Oil & gas industry standards and best practices Comfort with IT systems, workflow mapping, and requirements documentation Ability to work with technical teams and translate domain expertise into software logic Core Competencies Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders Collaborative approach to problem-solving Who Will Succeed in This Role You're someone who understands the oil & gas and specialty gases industries at a granular level.
