Responsibilities: Plan, build and execute cross-channel communications, campaigns and nurture programs in a flexible and timely manner Manage set-up and configuration of data-driven campaigns ensuring deliverability Working with stakeholders create and implement test strategies, including A/B multivariant testing that maximise conversions Solid technical skills and expertise with HTML and CSS optimized for email deployment Oversee campaigns from creation to analysis and reporting Keen eye and aptitude for troubleshooting with solutions led approach Understand workflow processes and systems within a marketing/sales cycle Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presentation Must thrive in a fast paced, iterative, deadline driven environment Provide training and documentation for new and existing users Solid knowledge of email best practices and compliance Other duties, as may from time to time be required, as commensurate with the role and the needs of the business. Design and implement numerous personalization journeys for consumers and guests that take place in advertising, on our website, in our mobile app, across our guest portals, and in our parks leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and related technologies. Building emails and landing pages using HTML/CSS/Media Queries/AMP Scripts/JS from layered artwork Programing dynamic, data-driven emails and landing pages using AMPscripts Ensuring successful rendering across a wide variety of email clients and browsers Setting up basic infrastructure in Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Data Extensions, Queries, Triggered Send Definitions, and Microsites
