Job Title: Salesforce Developer Location: Pune Notice Period: Immediate We're specifically looking for candidates with strong experience in Salesforce development - particularly those involved in designing and developing, not just administration. Role Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications in accordance with business requirements. Implement and configure Salesforce solutions, including customization of the platform. Utilize Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components for application development. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders for enhancements and custom developments. Maintain documentation for all developed solutions and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices. Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity within Salesforce. Develop and run unit tests to verify system functionality and performance. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues. Collaborate with project managers and other developers to ensure project milestones are met. Participate in code reviews and recommend improvements to enhance application performance. Monitor and optimize the use of Salesforce features and tools. Stay updated with Salesforce releases and features to recommend enhancements. Train end-users on Salesforce functionalities and best practices. Contribute to agile ceremonies and provide input on project planning. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of development principles. Hands-on experience using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning development. Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security. Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations. Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git. Understanding of Agile methodology and project management processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Salesforce Developer Certification is a plus. Experience with third-party Salesforce applications (e.g., Marketo, ServiceNow) is a plus. Ability to mentor and guide junior developers. Strong willingness to learn new technologies and tools. Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies, including Salesforce test classes.
