Job Summary
Salesforce Developer (IC-4)
You’ll monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the system while implementing small-to-medium feature requests, integrations, and bug fixes.
EST hours (6 PM – 3 AM IST)

Responsibilities
- Act as first-line technical supportfor a live Salesforce environment (bug triage, defect resolution, data corrections).
- Maintain and enhance Apex classes, triggers, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs).
- Manage user requests, tickets, and configuration changesaccording to defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with U.S. product owners to clarify requirements and implement improvements.
- Debug and resolve integration issueswith connected platforms (REST/SOAP APIs, n8n, MuleSoft, or middleware).
- Optimize performance, SOQL queries, and governor-limit usage.
- Maintain documentationfor fixes, releases, and feature enhancements.
- Support QA in UAT testing, regression verification, and deployment validation.
- Escalate systemic or architectural issues to the Senior Salesforce Developer (IC-5) or Practice Lead (IC-6).
Requirements
Must-Have
- 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development(Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL).
- Experience supporting or maintaining production Salesforce orgs.
- Familiarity with Sales CloudorService Cloud.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Understanding of Salesforce deployment(Change Sets, SFDX, or CI/CD).
- Excellent English communication— able to collaborate directly with U.S. clients.
- Ability to work the 6 PM – 3 AM IST (EST)schedule consistently.
Nice-to-Have
- Salesforce Platform Developer Icertification (or higher).
- Experience with API integrations,data migration, orETL tools(n8n, MuleSoft, Workato).
- Familiarity with AI-assisted dev tools(Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT).
- Prior agency or client-facing support experience.

Schedule & Expectations
- Standard shift: 6 PM – 3 AM IST (aligned with U.S. EST)
- Ticket-based work tracked in ClickUp, collaboration viaSlack + GitHub Projects
- Participation in daily support stand-ups, weekly client syncs, and release reviews
- Expected to maintain high responsiveness and professionalism in all client communications
