Job Description

Salesforce Developer

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flow, etc.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Customize Salesforce applications using both declarative and programmatic tools.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and APIs.
Build and manage triggers, validation rules, and flows.
Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce solutions while troubleshooting production issues.
Collaborate with Product, QA, UI/UX, and Backend teams.
Ensure code quality, best practices, and proper documentation.

What We're looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
2–3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Triggers.
Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform limits.
Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and third-party integrations.
Knowledge of Salesforce security, user roles, profiles, and sharing rules.
Hands-on experience with Git, Jira, Data Loader, Azure, and Flosum.
Familiarity with declarative tools (flows, validation rules).
Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.

Nice To Have:

Salesforce Platform Developer I (or higher) certification.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exposure to Certina (Financial Force).
