Position: Salesforce Developer/Consultant
Location: Jaipur (Work from Office)
Experience: 3+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
1. Configuration and Setup
Design and configure Salesforce custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validations, and other declarative features.
2. Development
Develop custom business logic using Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages.
Develop reusable components using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
3. Integration
Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
4. Deployment & Maintenance
Perform change set deployments between Salesforce environments (sandbox to production).
Monitor and maintain deployed solutions to ensure optimal performance.
5. Reporting & Analytics
Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for various business stakeholders. Nice to Have BFSI Domain:
Loan processing and field investigation processes
Collections and case management workflows
Legal and technical documentation such as CPV, CPD, Valuation Reports
Billing and invoicing automation within Salesforce
Experience building command center dashboards
Exposure to Salesforce QA processes
Key Skills:
Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL
Experience with Salesforce Configuration and Customization
Hands-on experience with API integrations
Knowledge of Salesforce DX and CI/CD processes (preferred)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
Salesforce certifications (Developer I/II, Platform App Builder) are a plus
