SALESFORCE DATA CLOUD ARCHITECT (8-10 YEARS)

Ekloud is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with a strong focus on Salesforce Data Cloud. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the architectural strategy for our Salesforce Data Cloud initiatives. You will provide program-level support for different program teams, ensuring the successful implementation and utilization of Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. 

 As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will collaborate closely with business and program stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient high-level solutions. Your expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud will be vital in designing robust, high-performing, and scalable solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives. 

Responsibilities:

• Define the architectural strategy for Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into high-level technical specifications and solution designs.
• Provide expertise and guidance on Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities, features, and best practices to drive innovation and optimize solution implementation.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of appropriate Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud components and integrations to meet business needs.
• Design and architect end-to-end solutions that leverage Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, considering scalability, performance, security, cost and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow between Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems (Salesforce Ecosystem and beyond).
• Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
• Define and implement data governance practices and data management strategies to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and system integration challenges related to Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Provide guidance and support to program teams during solution implementation, including troubleshooting, problem-solving, and performance optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud trends, features, and enhancements, and assess their potential impact on the organization's architecture and solutions.

• Collaboration with multiple cross-functional team members and stakeholders, which requires excellent communication skills.
• Collaboration with delivery management organization to meet project timelines while balancing multiple competing priorities. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• 10+ years implementing Salesforce.com based solutions
• 5+ years designing Salesforce.com based solutions in an enterprise environment
• 3+ years experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud in an architecture capacity 
• 5-6 years of experience with Apex and/or Lightning Web Components preferred
• Salesforce certifications, such as Data Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist preferred.
