Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced CRM Project Manager (Salesforce) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce CRM initiatives. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, overseeing integrations, ensuring timely project delivery, and aligning CRM solutions with organizational goals. The CRM Project Manager will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the Salesforce ecosystem drives efficiency, scalability, and business value.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Implementation
Project Planning:
Define, scope, and manage Salesforce CRM projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Performance Monitoring
: Track project milestones, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.Integration Oversight
: Coordinate with technical teams to manage Salesforce integrations with other business tools and applications.Process Optimization
: Identify opportunities to enhance business processes using Salesforce capabilities.Solution Design & Ownership:
Lead solution design sessions and take full ownership of end-to-end tasks, ensuring alignment with business needs and project goals.
Data Management & Optimization
Data Governance
: Ensure data quality, security, and compliance within the Salesforce environment.Reporting & Insights
: Oversee development of dashboards and reports that provide actionable business insights.Documentation
: Maintain detailed records of project requirements, workflows, and system changes.
Collaboration & Communication
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, aligning expectations and communicating progress.Cross-Functional Leadership:
Collaborate with sales, marketing, service, and IT teams to ensure project success.Training & Adoption:
