highly skilled Salesforce Agentforce Architect

Key Responsibilities

Agentforce Implementation & Design

  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Agentforce solutions aligned with business needs and best practices.
  • Configure and customize Agentforce features, including conversational flows, knowledge base integration, and routing rules.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of Agentforce architecture, configurations, and processes.

Guardrail Development & Maintenance

  • Design and implement guardrails to ensure responsible and ethical use of Agentforce and integrated LLMs.
  • Continuously monitor Agentforce performance for improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and security.
  • Stay updated on new Agentforce features, best practices, and security enhancements.

Testing Strategy & Execution

  • Define and execute testing strategies including unit, integration, and UAT for Agentforce solutions.
  • Analyze results and identify opportunities to improve system stability and performance.

Accuracy Measurement & Prompt Engineering

  • Establish metrics to measure response accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Develop and refine prompts to optimize Agentforce performance and maintain consistency.
  • Leverage user feedback to enhance conversational flows and content.

Requirements Gathering & Collaboration

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, and functional teams to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Provide training and support to users on Agentforce capabilities and best practices.

LLM Integration & Optimization

  • Evaluate and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into Agentforce to expand capabilities.
  • Optimize LLM usage within Agentforce for improved efficiency, accuracy, and response quality.
  • Stay abreast of emerging LLM technologies to identify potential applications.

Qualifications

  • Overall Experience:

    10–12 years
  • Salesforce Experience:

    6+ years with proven success in Service Cloud and Agentforce projects
  • Deep expertise in

    Agentforce architecture, features, and best practices

  • Experience with

    building guardrails for AI-driven solutions

  • Strong understanding of

    LLMs, prompt engineering, and accuracy measurement techniques

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

Certifications (Required/Desired)

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Certified Architect (Application, System, or Technical Architect)
  • Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist
