Salesforce Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineer to join our technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-scale solutions on the Salesforce.com platform. Your main focus will be collaborating with business and technology teams to define functional and technical solutions that maximize Salesforce's value to the organization. This position is ideal for individuals with a solid technical foundation in Salesforce, exceptional leadership skills, and a drive for innovation and excellence. As a Salesforce Engineer, your key responsibilities will include architecting and building scalable solutions on Salesforce using tools such as Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and OmniStudio. You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Providing technical guidance on solution design, integration architecture, and best practices will also be a critical aspect of your role. Additionally, you will implement and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, flows, and alerts. Leading Salesforce integration efforts with external platforms using SOAP/REST APIs and overseeing release and change control processes are key components of this role. You will also be responsible for developing dashboards, custom reports, and tools to monitor data quality and platform usage. Mentoring junior engineers and serving as a Salesforce subject matter expert across the organization will be part of your responsibilities. Staying current on Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to recommend improvements accordingly is essential. You will also be expected to promote Agile best practices, lead sprint planning and retrospectives, and ensure timely project delivery. The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of Salesforce development experience, with hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, OmniStudio, and SOQL. A deep understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, and governance standards is required. Experience in designing complex data models, including custom and junction objects, and strong familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integrations with external systems are essential. Proficiency in tools such as Apex Data Loader, Postman, and Workbench is expected. Proven experience in leading and mentoring Salesforce engineering teams, as well as a strong knowledge of the Salesforce development lifecycle and CI/CD deployment pipelines, are crucial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary for this role. Preferred skills and experience include proficiency with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Salesforce Einstein AI, as well as exposure to Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Mulesoft, and Agent Force.,
