Salesforce Consultant

The ideal candidate for this role will have expertise in Salesforce Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), IT Service Management (ITSM) Workbench, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Automation, and Monitoring. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for adopting an SRE mindset to guarantee system reliability and efficiency. You will also be required to carry out Salesforce Admin tasks and resolve cases efficiently. Furthermore, your duties will include setting up automation and monitoring systems, managing data quality within ALM and ITSM, participating in audits to ensure compliance, implementing changes, preparing Root Cause Analyses (RCAs), as well as handling service requests and conducting problem investigations.
