Salesforce CPQ Developer:

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce CPQ, resolving incidents, service requests, and user-reported issues within SLAs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related configuration, pricing, quoting, and approval workflow issues.
• Maintain and update product catalog, price books, discount schedules, and approval rules.
• Assist with testing and deployment of minor configuration changes or enhancements.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements for small fixes or optimizations.
• Monitor and maintain data integrity across CPQ and related objects.
• Work closely with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Business Analysts for escalations.
• Create and update support documentation, FAQs, and training materials for end users.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6 years of experience working with

  Salesforce CPQ

  in a support or admin role.
• Proficiency in CPQ objects, pricing methods, discounting, product rules, and quote templates.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (validation rules, workflows, process builder, flows).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, and data migration tools (Data Loader, Workbench).
• Exposure to Agile support methodology.
