Job Title: Business Analyst – Telecom Expense Management Experience Required: Minimum 7 Years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Telecom Expense Management (TEM) and a proven track record in requirement analysis and user story preparation. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing a custom solution for optimizing telecom cost controls, streamlining vendor management, and driving technology-enabled improvements across the telecom expense processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and experience working in agile delivery environments. Key Responsibilities: Requirement Analysis & Documentation Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document telecom-related business requirements. Conduct workshops, interviews, and data analysis to define current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities. Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, Process Maps, and Gap Analyses. Perform impact assessments to evaluate how new features or process changes affect the existing telecom and financial systems. User Story Preparation Translate business requirements into well-structured user stories, epics, and use cases with clear acceptance criteria. Collaborate with product owners and technical teams to prioritize user stories in the product backlog. Ensure user stories are testable, traceable, and aligned with agile delivery practices (Scrum/Kanban). Assist QA teams by reviewing test cases and validating that they align with the business goals. Telecom Expense Management (TEM) Analyze telecom invoices, service inventory, and contracts to identify discrepancies, overcharges, and optimization opportunities. Automate and streamline expense management processes. Develop reports and dashboards to provide visibility into telecom usage, spend trends, and savings. Support cost allocation, chargebacks, and budgeting efforts with accurate, data-driven insights. Stakeholder Engagement Act as a bridge between business units, IT teams, and external vendors. Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and senior leadership. Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT sessions, and solution demos. Show more Show less
