Job Description

Experience: 7/8+ years Job Description Mandatory: Discovery CIS certification and CMDB micro-certification Computer Science or equivalent degree Strong development experience in ServiceNow (minimum 5 years in ServiceNow) Good communication skills Strong Experience in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM (Customer Service Management) implementations Hands on experience with ServiceNow configurations Hands on experience with script based ServiceNow components such as business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI pages etc . Hands on experience with ServiceNow Workflows and customisations Hands on experience ServiceNow UI Builder, Flow designer Knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices. Knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration. Knowledge and experience on service portal with experience coding in Scripts, Angular is a big advantage. Experience with integrations to other systems using the MID server and direct/Scripted web services. ITOM experience is added advantage with ServiceNow CMDB, Asset Management, OMT experience (anyone of these or more) Architectural and hands-on Integrations experience with other Enterprise applications.
