Job Summary:

Salesforce Junior Consultant

Agent Force

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience with

    Salesforce CRM

    , including at least:
  • 2+ years with

    Health Cloud

  • 2+ years with

    Experience Cloud

  • 2+ years with

    Service Cloud

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards).
  • Familiarity with healthcare domain processes such as

    care coordination

    ,

    patient/member engagement

    , and

    provider communication

    .
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and support enhancements in production environments.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in Agile delivery models and using tools like

    JIRA

    ,

    Confluence

    , etc.

 

Preferred / Nice to Have:

  • Experience with or exposure to

    Agent Force

    – highly desirable.
  • Salesforce certifications (one or more preferred):
  • Salesforce Administrator

  • Health Cloud Consultant

  • Experience Cloud Consultant

  • Service Cloud Consultant

  • Exposure to Apex/Visualforce/Lightning Web Components is a plus (but not mandatory).
  • Understanding of Salesforce integration methods (REST, SOAP APIs) is a plus.

 

 

Roles and Responsibilities
 
  • Work as part of the Salesforce delivery team to implement and support Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud features.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants, business analysts, and product owners to understand business requirements and translate them into functional Salesforce solutions.
  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and Lightning components.
  • Assist in building

    patient/member journeys

    ,

    community portals

    , and

    case management

    features aligned with healthcare standards.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Write and maintain technical and functional documentation for project deliverables.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and perform minor enhancements post go-live.
  • Collaborate with integration teams for API-based data exchange using FHIR/HL7 (if applicable).
  • Stay updated on new Salesforce features and proactively suggest enhancements.
  • Exposure to

    Agent Force

    for agent experience optimization is a plus.
