Salesforce Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Drive end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering, gap analysis, and documentation through to solution implementation and UAT.
• Deliver functional design specifications, user stories, and other implementation artifacts.
• Provide input into the development of data models, workflows, and UI/UX designs.
• Conduct system and integration testing to ensure robust and error-free functionality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, architects, QA teams, and project managers.
• Identify process improvements and opportunities to leverage Salesforce-native capabilities.
• Train users and support change management activities post-deployment.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing Salesforce Qualifications :
• 5+ years of experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• 3+ years of direct project delivery experience as a Salesforce Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is mandatory.
• Proven experience producing clear documentation (BRD, FRD, Solution Design Docs, User Stories).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including reports, dashboards, workflows,
  

• Ability to translate complex business problems into technical solutions using Salesforce.
• Proven record of successful Salesforce project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and be accountable for deliverables.
