Salesforce Consultant

As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and executing end-to-end Salesforce implementations, particularly focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities. Your role will involve gathering business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and developing custom components using Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Additionally, you will design scalable automation, handle data modeling and migration, build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, and apply DevOps practices for streamlined deployments. Utilizing Einstein tools will also be a part of your responsibilities to ensure optimal performance, security, and governance. In order to excel in this role, you must possess strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, and LWC, as well as a deep understanding of declarative tools like Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules. Experience with API integrations, familiarity with DevOps concepts, and excellent communication and client interaction skills are essential for success. The certifications required for this position include Salesforce Platform Developer I, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant. Preferred skills include exposure to Marketing Cloud, Einstein, or Data Cloud, Agile/Scrum project experience, and additional Salesforce certifications. This full-time position is located onsite in Pune, with no relocation support provided. The ideal candidate should be able to join immediately or within 30 days. The work schedule is during day shifts.
