Job Description

Role Overview: You should have a good understanding of the Automotive/Manufacturing domain and strong experience in SFDC Sales and Service Cloud. Your role will involve strong functional experience in Sales, Service, and Marketing cloud functional areas of SFDC. You will be responsible for requirement analysis, BRD preparation, and Functional Design documentation. Additionally, you should be capable of suggesting Salesforce solutions to customers and building E2E Test Scenarios by collaborating with Business SMEs and the SFDC Dev team. Experience in Lightning and Classic Service console is preferred. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Strong functional experience in Sales, Service, Marketing cloud functional areas of SFDC - Requirement analysis, BRD preparation, Functional Design documentation - Suggesting Salesforce solutions to customers - Building E2E Test Scenarios by discussing with Business SMEs and SFDC Dev team - Experience in Lightning and Classic Service console (preferred) - Excellent Communication Skills - Experience in JIRA Dashboard creation - Good interpersonal and presentation skills Qualifications Required: - 5-7 years of relevant experience - Location: Pune (work from office),
