Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

• Own end-to-end architecture for Manufacturing Cloud and cross-cloud Salesforce solutions.
• Incorporate

  Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud

  to deliver unified digital experiences.
• Translate business needs into scalable, secure technical designs aligned with enterprise standards.
• Define data models, integration frameworks, and security architecture for global use.

Engineering Quality & Performance

• Enforce

  TDD, CI/CD, and code quality best practices

  .
• Develop reusable components, frameworks, and services to accelerate delivery.
• Conduct systematic code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce performance standards.
• Establish KPIs for system performance, test coverage, and technical debt reduction.

Integration & Cross-Cloud Expertise

• Architect integrations through

  MuleSoft

  or equivalent middleware (ERP, CPQ, Commerce, Data Cloud).
• Partner with Commerce Cloud teams on unified product, pricing, and order data models.
• Apply API-led and event-driven design patterns for real-time data synchronization.

Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor developers, admins, and analysts to strengthen technical capabilities.
• Lead design reviews and champion engineering excellence.
• Promote ownership, scalability-focused thinking, and long-term architectural integrity.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Define and enforce architectural standards, reusable patterns, and documentation quality.
• Monitor production health, lead root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
• Evaluate platform releases and emerging Salesforce capabilities for roadmap advancement.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years Salesforce experience

  , including

  5+ years

  as Architect/Technical Lead.
• Proven hands-on expertise with

  Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud

  .
• Strong experience with

  Experience Cloud

  ; familiarity with Commerce Cloud preferred.
• Working knowledge of

  Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud

  architectures.
• Deep expertise in

  MuleSoft

  , API-led design, and secure integration patterns.
• Strong foundation in Salesforce core architecture (data model, security, governor limits).
• Experience with

  CI/CD, test automation, Git-based DevOps

  .
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified

  Application Architect
