  • Lead and mentor a team of 36 Salesforce developers; provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.
  • Manage project delivery from India define technical tasks, oversee execution, and ensure quality and timely completion.
  • Collaborating with client stakeholders, architects, and functional leads to ensure solution design aligns with business objectives.

• Client Interaction & Communication:

  • Participate in

    requirements gathering

    ,

    discovery workshops

    solution design sessions

    with business and IT teams.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Innovation & Problem Solving:

  • Stay current with Salesforce product releases and industry trends to proactively bring forward innovative ideas.
