Salesforce Consultant

As a Supervisor Consultant, your role will involve successfully implementing Salesforce features and functionality. You are expected to be an expert in multiple Salesforce Clouds such as Sales, CPQ, Revenue, Service, Tableau, and Experience Clouds. Your responsibilities will include: - Executing concurrent consulting engagements with both business and technical client resources with minimal direction - Leading business requirements gathering sessions and conducting detailed analysis of client business requirements - Documenting Use Cases based on client business requirements through clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria - Mapping functional requirements to Salesforce features and functionality across multiple Salesforce Clouds and components - Supporting presales efforts by estimating effort required for build and reviewing proposals with clients or prospects - Applying implementation and configuration best practices based on solution experience and process knowledge - Collaborating with Project Managers to maintain/update project plans, identify project risks, and resolve configuration or business process related issues - Facilitating SIT and UAT solution testing and issue resolution - Preparing and delivering End User training - Completing and validating data migration tasks using Salesforce.com DevOps tools - Bridging the gap between functional and technical resources in integration or custom solutions Qualifications required for this role include: - 5 to 7 years of experience in implementing business solutions on the Salesforce platform - Experience with Sales, CPQ, Revenue, Service, Tableau, and Experience Clouds - Preferred experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) - Salesforce development experience in Lightning Web Components and Apex - Implementation experience with ISV / 3rd Party Salesforce products and integration platforms - Ability to translate business objectives and strategy into solution requirements - Strong experience with Salesforce.com and appropriate certifications - Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs - Basic understanding of data structures and enterprise application integration - Proactive in making business solution recommendations - Excellent presentation, communication, and training skills - Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and leverage new concepts, business models, and technologies The following Salesforce certifications are required for this position: - Salesforce Administrator - Certified Experience Cloud Consultant - Certified Tableau Consultant Preferred Salesforce Certifications include: - Salesforce Advanced Administration - Salesforce Developer 1 & 2 - Certified Nonprofit Success Pack Consultant - Service Cloud - AI Specialist - CPQ Please note that this job description was referenced from hirist.tech.,
