Job Title:

Salesforce CRM Business Analyst

Location:

India (Hybrid)Role & Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritise Salesforce requirements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Recruiting-related processes.
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Salesforce configuration or integration work.
Design and validate Salesforce solutions using Lightning components, Flows, Process Builder, page layouts, and security models to meet business objectives.
Lead data mapping and migration activities (Data Loader/CSV), perform data quality checks, and support cut-over planning for releases.
Coordinate with technical teams and 3rd-party integrators on API/REST-based integrations, ensure test coverage, and resolve defects during UAT.
Drive adoption by creating training materials, running stakeholder demos, and supporting rollout and post-release feedback loops.
