Salesforce Business Analyst

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst, either in Hyderabad or Chennai, with over 7+ Years of work experience, which includes around 5 years in Sales Cloud and CPQ. Type: Full-time Interview : Virtual + In-person Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Sales Cloud , CPQ , and Enterprise Architecture to support digital transformation initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in gathering business requirements, supporting Salesforce configurations, and ensuring smooth stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, workflows, and user needs Gather and document detailed business requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories in Jira Work closely with development teams to ensure successful Salesforce implementations Maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce configurations, customizations, and processes Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on Salesforce features and functionality Ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture and best practices in Salesforce solutions Required Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst , preferably in a Salesforce-focused role Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks Proficiency in Jira for story creation and backlog management Strong communication , interpersonal , and stakeholder management skills Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to solving business problems Preferred Traits: Salesforce certification(s) Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team Please share your queries with alvinp@infoservices.com or call me on +91-8977025597.
