Job Description

Job Description: Client is looking for a talented Mid-Level Salesforce Admin with expertise in Sales and Experience Cloud. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop custom Sales Cloud solutions to optimize Lead, Opportunity, and Account management. Automate workflows using Apex, Flow, and Process Builder. Integrate Sales Cloud with third party applications via REST/SOAP APIs. Optimize security models, including roles, sharing settings, and permissions. Build and customize Experience Cloud sites for customers, partners, or employees. Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Experience Builder templates for interactive portals. Manage authentication & security (SSO, OAuth) and access controls. Enhance knowledge base, self-service options, and case management. Implement CI/CD pipelines, DevOps best practices, and version control (Git, SFDX). Stay updated on Salesforce releases and assess new features. Must Haves: 3-5+ years of Salesforce development experience, focusing on Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript. Experience in Salesforce security models, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules. Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP) and third-party applications. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control using Git/SFDX. Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud objects (Opportunities, Leads, Accounts, etc.) Proven expertise in Experience Cloud site customization, branding, and security. Experience in configuring community portals, access controls, and user authentication. Nice to Haves: Salesforce Certifications (Salesforce Platform Developer I, Experience Cloud Consultant, or equivalent). Familiarity with AppExchange solutions and multi-cloud integrations.
