Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) and demonstrate strong project management capabilities across cross-functional teams in agile Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, including planning, requirements gathering, execution, testing, deployment, and post-launch support. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and manage the delivery through agile sprints. Manage project risks, issues, changes, and dependencies to ensure successful project outcomes. Coordinate with Salesforce developers, admins, QA, and integration teams to ensure technical and business alignment. Oversee data migration, system integrations, and third-party app implementations as part of the Salesforce ecosystem. Ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce configuration, development, and deployment processes. Provide regular status reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders. Drive user training, UAT sessions, and change management efforts. Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 8+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3+ years in managing Salesforce projects. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Salesforce PMP) are preferred. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, standard/custom objects, workflows, automation, and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi). Proven experience in Agile/Scrum project methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with global Salesforce rollouts or multi-org environments. Knowledge of CPQ, Field Service Lightning, or Marketing Cloud. Familiarity with DevOps for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, etc.).
