Salesforce Developer/Administrator

As an experienced Salesforce Administrator / Developer, your role involves supporting and maintaining the Salesforce instance to ensure alignment with growing business requirements. Your expertise in customizing Salesforce using declarative tools and programmatic solutions such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components is crucial for building and maintaining custom fields, flows, actions, and integrating 3rd-party plugins. **Key Responsibilities:** - Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer - Proficiency in Custom Fields, Objects, Page Layouts, Flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes - Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud - Ability to independently translate business requirements into Salesforce logic - Strong communication skills and proactive approach to problem-solving - Experience in remote, asynchronous collaboration setups - Fluent in English (both written and spoken) **Responsibilities:** - Maintain and enhance the current Salesforce setup - Create and manage Custom Fields & Objects, Page Layouts & Record Types, Flows, Automations, and Quick Actions - Integrate 3rd-party plugins like email, billing, and marketing tools - Implement process improvements within Salesforce to support business teams - Ensure system reliability, security, and data quality - Assist in documentation and provide basic training for internal users **Nice to Have:** - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder) - Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce - Familiarity with version control systems like Github This is a full-time, permanent position offering benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund.
