Job Description

You will play a critical role in supporting, enhancing, and expanding Egnyte's Salesforce platform. Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, you will understand business needs, drive user adoption, maintain data integrity, and build scalable solutions. Your work directly influences the productivity and efficiency of the global Sales and Marketing teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as a primary admin for the Salesforce org (~500 users) - Perform standard admin tasks: user management, roles, permissions, dashboards, flows, validation rules, and audits - Develop and maintain scalable solutions using Flows, Apex, custom objects, and Lightning components - Customize and support managed packages such as Salesforce CPQ and others - Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional, technical, and scalable solutions - Own full development lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, and maintain features - Perform regular system health checks, release planning, and regression testing - Train end-users, maintain documentation, and champion best practices - Work independently and proactively suggest improvements and optimizations **Qualifications Required:** - 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience - 1+ year of Salesforce CPQ experience (preferred) - Strong understanding of declarative Salesforce tools (Flows, Process Builder, Reports) - Experience with Apex (triggers, classes), Lightning Components, and SOQL (preferred) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams - Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Sales Cloud/CPQ/Platform Developer certifications preferred - Familiarity with marketing and sales tools (e.g., Marketo, Outreach) is a plus - Excellent project management and organizational skills - Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate with stakeholders at all levels Egnyte is a place that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
