Job Description

As a Salesforce Administrator at ConnectWise, you will play a crucial role in leading the ongoing development of the Salesforce deployment. Your responsibilities will include working closely with functional leaders, cross-functional teams, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes. Your contributions will be vital in executing day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide support to the Business Applications team with a high level of attention to detail. - Research, analyze, and document findings. - Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment, handling basic administrative functions. - Manage Salesforce data feeds and integrations. - Coordinate new development requests and assist in training new users. - Act as a liaison between users, vendors, and application development teams. - Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and related applications and processes. - Drive projects to completion successfully. **Qualifications Required:** - Ability to work independently with general supervision. - Practical knowledge in the relevant work area. - Adaptability to understand and implement new technology and processes according to business requirements. - Strong project management skills with a positive attitude. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in designing and implementing new processes, facilitating user adoption. - Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality. - Data management abilities and ability to understand and articulate complex requirements. **Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:** - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. - 5+ years of related experience. - Preferred working experience in Salesforce CPQ. - Salesforce Admin Certification (ADM201 and ADM211). - Preferred certifications/credentials in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Developer.
