Key Responsibilities:

Perform day-to-day Salesforce administration including user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions management.

Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules as per business requirements.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and automation processes.

Monitor data integrity and ensure high-quality, accurate reporting.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement through Salesforce.

Support integration activities and implementation of new Salesforce features.

Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to Salesforce users.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management.

Experience with automation tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.

Salesforce Certified Administrator credential is preferred.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
