As a Salesforce Multi Cloud Administrator, you will play a critical role in developing and optimizing Salesforce solutions, focusing on Salesforce CRM, Loyalty Management, and Service Cloud platforms. Your responsibilities include overseeing the administration of the Salesforce platform, collaborating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and gathering requirements to enhance business processes for overall company success.
