Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Trainer with a strong background in job portal sales and training. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, delivering, and enhancing sales training programs focused on recruitment products and services offered via job portals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions for new and existing sales team members focused on job portal sales.
• Develop training materials, sales scripts, and onboarding documents tailored to recruitment industry products.
• Train teams on how to pitch job portal services effectively to B2B clients (HRs, recruiters, companies).
• Conduct regular skill assessments, feedback sessions, and refresher trainings to improve sales performance.
• Collaborate with sales managers to understand skill gaps and build targeted training modules.
• Stay up-to-date with job portal trends, competitor products, and industry best practices.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through KPIs, feedback, and performance metrics.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Sales Trainer, preferably in the job portal or recruitment solutions industry.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales techniques and client acquisition strategies in the job portal domain.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that drive sales results.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with or training on platforms like Naukri.com, Monster, Shine, TimesJobs, or similar.
• Ability to use digital tools for training delivery (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms).
• Exposure to CRM systems and recruitment management tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
