🚨 We're Hiring: Sales Trainer – Fintech.
📍 Locations: Gurgaon | Ahmedabad.
💼 Job Type: Full Time.
✨ Experience: 3+ years.

We're looking for a dynamic Sales Trainer to lead end-to-end training for on-ground sales teams in the fintech space. If you have hardcore sales training experience, are comfortable with field coaching, and excel in content creation + performance tracking — we want you on our team!
🔹 Key Responsibilities
1- Train & manage 50+ field sales representative.
2- Design & deliver onboarding and ongoing training (online + offline).
3- Support end-to-end sales closures with the team.
4- Track & report training impact (e.g. sales performance).
5- Create training content, PPTs & dashboards.
6- Lead performance improvement across multiple LOBs.
✅ Requirements
1- Current role as a Sales Trainer (preferably B2B/Fintech).
2- Strong communication, content creation & reporting skills.
3- Willing to travel extensively.
