Role Overview:

Sales Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver structured training programs for counselors handling JEE/NEET aspirants.
• Conduct regular training sessions (onboarding & refresher) focused on product knowledge, communication skills, objection handling, and sales closures.
• Monitor counselor performance, identify skill gaps, and offer personalized coaching sessions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to update training materials based on feedback, new offerings, or market trends.
• Use mock sessions, role plays, and live call audits to ensure real-time skill improvement.
• Drive metrics like counselor productivity, conversion ratios, and lead handling efficiency.
• Maintain training documentation, feedback reports, and continuous improvement plans.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in training academic counselors or sales representatives (preferably in EdTech or test prep industry).
• Deep understanding of JEE/NEET exam ecosystems and student-parent behavior.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and coaching abilities.
• Experience working with CRM tools, call audit systems, and training trackers.
• Ability to work remotely with high ownership and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in academic counseling or academic sales for JEE/NEET.
• Certification in Training & Development or Behavioral Coaching is a plus.

Work Mode:

• Work From Home (WFH)

• 6 days working (Monday to Saturday)
