Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Trainer based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering sales training programs to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales team. This includes conducting training sessions, creating training materials, and evaluating the performance of trainees. The Sales Trainer will work closely with the sales team to identify areas for improvement and ensure ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Strong Presentation Skills and ability to conduct Sales Trainings
• Experience in Training & Development, including creating and implementing training programs
• Excellent Communication skills
• Customer Service skills
• Ability to motivate and mentor team members
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
