Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales training, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical products sector.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for fresher’s.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with industry compliance and regulations.
• Ability to travel for on-the-job training and support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in field sales of pharmaceutical or medical products. (Highly Preferred)

• Certification in training or instructional design.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for training and reporting.
