Key Responsibilities:

• Train and coach sales teams on effective prospecting, outreach, and closing techniques.

• Develop sales scripts, frameworks, and strategies for LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.

• Conduct live demos and assist in deal closures when required.

• Evaluate performance and provide feedback to improve conversion rates.

• Stay updated with new-age tools and technologies (CRM, email marketing, sender tools, AI-based sales tools).

• Create engaging training materials, presentations, and mock sessions.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in sales and/or sales training.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills — fluent and confident speaker.

• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, email automation, and AI sales tools.

• Strong understanding of lead generation and sales processes.

• Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of teams.
