Sales Trainer

As a Sales Trainer at Grexa, you will play a crucial role in enabling our Sales team to succeed by leveraging your hands-on sales experience and training expertise. Your main responsibilities will include: - Conducting new hire onboarding sessions covering various aspects such as sales process, product knowledge, CRM usage, and objection handling. - Delivering refresher sessions to existing sales teams based on feedback from call audits and quality reviews. - Designing and delivering roleplays, mock calls, and practical sales scenarios to enhance real-world skills. - Collaborating with Sales Leaders and the Quality team to identify performance gaps and develop effective training interventions. - Mentoring and coaching individual sales reps to boost conversion rates and confidence levels. - Tracking training effectiveness and maintaining MIS/reporting for continuous improvement. To be successful in this role, you should have: - Prior experience in sales, preferably as a Business Development Executive (BDE), Business Development Manager (BDM), or Inside Sales role. - 1 to 3 years of experience as a Trainer or Coach in the sales process. - Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage adult learners effectively. - Good understanding of sales communication, negotiation techniques, and customer handling. - A degree in Graduate/Postgraduate in any field.
