Crio.Do is on a mission to empower learners with industry-relevant skills through hands-on, experiential learning. We are expanding our sales capability and looking for a dynamic Sales Trainer who can elevate the performance of our Inside Sales team.

Role Overview

The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing, executing, and improving training programs that enhance the productivity, communication skills, and performance of the sales team. The ideal candidate is someone who understands Inside Sales dynamics, has excellent facilitation skills, and can create engaging learning experiences tailored for EdTech sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions for Inside Sales teams.
  • Design and deliver training modules on product knowledge, sales processes, objection handling, pitch structuring, and CRM usage.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, call audits, and performance data.
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership, HR, and Quality teams to identify skill gaps and create relevant training roadmaps.
  • Maintain updated training content, playbooks, and SOPs.
  • Coach individual team members to improve communication, closing skills, and consistency.
  • Facilitate role-plays, mock calls, and real-time feedback sessions.
  • Track progress of trainees and support them through their ramp-up period.
  • Be a part of performance calibration discussions and help build a high-performance sales culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum

    3+ years of experience

    in sales training, preferably in Inside Sales.
  • Experience in

    EdTech or B2C sales training

    is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create structured training content and measure training outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
